In today's corporate landscape, many recent graduates find themselves in unpaid positions at the onset of their careers.  This situation often arises because graduates feel hesitant to demand compensation, fearing it may be viewed as immoral or futile in the business world.  Unfortunately, some companies exploit this vulnerability, benefiting from the innovative ideas of young professionals without offering proper remuneration.  Despite the existence of corporate social responsibility frameworks, many employers fail to uphold their obligation to compensate their workforce adequately. Recent polls have highlighted the prevalence of this issue, with a significant number of young graduates expressing dissatisfaction with the lack of payment from their employers.
